Black Roses
Black roses, when gifted to a cat, will instantly set their friendship with your cat to 1 star.
Festival Items

These items are always neutral.
Red Roses
Red roses will either be declined by the cat or will begin a romance with the cat. They do not affect friendship stars when attempting to gift them.
Shiny Trinket
Shiny trinkets will either be declined by the cat or initiate marriage with a cat yours is romantically involved with. They do not affect friendship stars when attempting to gift them.
Catnip
Catnip is always a favorite.
