Search the indicated location under the listed condition to find the corresponding Chocobo Pear, which unlocks a new plumage color for your mount at the Chocobo Salon. Note: These collectibles are found outside the specified race course. In order to collect one, you basically need to forget about the race in progress and proceed towards the collectible.

Cieldalaes Pear

Condition: Prompto and Full Field Race

Location: After the race begins, immediately go back instead of forward to find the pear near a fenced tree on the left side. This pear unlocks a yellow/green color.

Doman Pear

Condition: Prompto and Ignis Race; must be rainy weather

After the race begins, proceed off the road to find the pear near a couple of boulders. This pear unlocks a light blue color.

Han Pear

Condition: Ignis and Rocky Road Race

After the race begins, go to the right and off the road to find the pear before the thicket. This pear unlocks a tiffany green color.

Mamook Pear

Condition: Chocobo Hoops: Grange Gallop Race; must be rainy weather

After the race begins, immediately go to the left. Proceed towards the blind end ahead and go left again to find the pear. This pear unlocks a regular green color.

O’Ghomoro Pear

Condition: Prompto, Ignis, and Full Field Race; between 20:30 and 03:59

After the race begins, go in the opposite direction and continue moving towards the race stand to find the pear. The pear unlocks a regular blue color.

Val Pear

Condition: Rocky Road Race; between 20:30 and 03:59

After the race begins, proceed towards the first hoop, then go right to find the pear near an edge. The pear unlocks a regular purple color.

Xelphatol Pear

Condition: Iris Race against Gladiolus

After the race begins, search for a wooden shack on the left side slightly ahead in the course to find the pear in the grass. This pear unlocks a bright red color.
