Moon Ball: Talk to Samuel Oak on Mount Hokulani on Ula’ula Island.

 

Level Ball: It can be found on Mount Hokulani on Ula’ula Island.

 

Heavy Ball: It can be found on the Path To The Observatory on Ula’ula Island.

 

Smoke Ball: It can be found in Po Town on Ula’ula Island.

Amulet Coin: It can be found outside the Nursery at Paniola Ranch on Akala Island. It doubles money received after battle.

 

Fishing Rod: Defeat the Wishiwashi Totem Pokemon on Akala Island. It allows you to fish.

 

Focus Band: Return at night to the Police Department on Akala Island to find it. It adds a 10% chance an attack that would normally defeat a Pokemon will only lower that Pokemon’s HP to 1.

 

Heart Scales: In the restaurant in KoniKoni City on Akala Island, order food to obtain two of these items. Give it to Move Reminder NPCs to relearn forgotten moves.

 

Lucky Punch: Talk to a female NPC near a Steelix Boat on the docks in Seafolk Village on Poni Island. It increases Chansey’s Critical Hit ratio in two stages.

 

Muscle Band: Battle Lana again at Lana’s House on Akala Island. It boosts power of physical moves by 10%.

 

Safety Goggles: In Haina Desert on Ula’ula Island, follow this path: 2, 4, then talk to the Hiker at the end of the path. He only appears at night. It gives immunity to powder moves and weather effects.

 

Shell Bell: It can be unlocked during the Delibird Event at Tourist Bureau on Melemele Island. 1/8th of all damage dealt is restored to the wearer as HP.
