Hook onto a ceiling fan with the hookshot!
Enter your spaceship. In the main room, you can see a slide with an ice-pad at the end of it. Put on your ice hat, ground-pound on the ice-pad and you should go up the slide, ending up in a room full of letters. At the ceiling of this room, there should be a fan. With the Hookshot Badge equipped, jump and grab onto this fan and stay attached to it for a little. You should get the achievement within a few seconds.
