All Boo Locations
Boo #1 – Boosement
Location: Basement, Laundry Room
This Boo will be in the Laundry room with the washing machines. You will have to search around for Boosement, who could be hiding in the washing machines, in the cabinets to the left, or behind any random object. Just look for signs of objects that are moving on their own. That is usually where Boo is hiding.
Boo #2 – Boosician
Location: Basement, Dressing Area or Dance Area
This Boo can be found in the basement of the mansion. It will be in the dressing room of the mansion, or the main dancing area in this level. It can be hiding near the stage, but can also be found in the dressing area here. Pick up flip the trash can to reveal Boosician.
Boo #3 – GumBoo
Location: 1F Lobby
This Boo can be found in the main lobby area of the mansion, specifically in the reception area or by the sofa chairs near the elevator. GumBoo might be hiding in one of the drawers in the Reception desk, or might be hiding in one of trash cans by the sofa chairs near the elevator.
If GumBoo manages to escape your grip after the first attack, try looking around in the area nearby. It might have gone to the pumpkins heads to the left of this area.
Boo #4 – Booigi
Location: 2F Entertainment Room
Booigi can be hidden in any random area on the 2F. It might be hiding in the Entertainment Room, the Dressing Room or the Bathroom area. Once again, you have to look for mysterious objects moving on their own. This is a general sign that a Boo is hiding nearby. Shine your dark light and Booigi will make its appearance.
Boo #5 – ComBooster
Location: B2 Waterworks
This Boo can be found in the second level of the Basement and in the area with the steam pipes and valves. You might need Gooigi to locate the Boo here. Search around for the Boo as it may be hiding behind random objects here.
Boo #6 – Boo-at-Arms
Location: 6F Stairway
This Boo can be found near the stairway on the 6th floor stairway. Boo-at-Arms will be hiding on the middle of the stairway, behind some spikes on the left. You will need Gooigi to go over the spikes and use the dark light to reveal this Boo.
Boo #7 – Boogie
Location: 4F Dressing Room or Bathroom
Boogie can be found on the fourth floor of the mansion, where it will be either in the two of the rooms of this floor. There are not a lot of rooms other than the Dressing Room and the Bathroom. Search around for Boogie here with your dark light. It may be hiding in the dressing table or the piano in the left corner of the room.
Boo #8 – Bootanist
Location: 7F Blooming Suite
This Boo will be in the room with a lot of plants covering the room. There are a lot of items here where Bootanist will be hiding. So its best to look around for moving objects, and then use the dark light to reveal it.
Boo #9 – Booducer
Location: 8F Film Stage
The Booducer will on the filming stage on the 8th floor of the mansion. Once you reach this room with the blue screen on the background and the prop items on the stage. Look around for signs of the Boo here.
Boo #10 – Boones
Location: 9F Exhibit Hall
This Boo will be hiding in the Exhibit Hall of the 9th floor. This one is easy to spot as it is just one room that you have to look around in. It might be hiding under the paintings that have been covered with the white cloth. Move it around to reveal Boones.
Boo #11 – Kung Boo
Location: 3F Hotel Shop
This Boo can be found on the third floor of the mansion. Make your way to the men’s toilet and smash open the doors of each toilet. You then have to call out Gooigi and make him go through the hole to the left of the sink. This will take him on the other side with an identical toilet. Open the toilet seats and you may just find Kung Boo.
Boo #12 – Boolldog
Location: 5F RIP Suites
This boo can be found on the 5th floor. You may have to look around in the various rooms because the Boo are found in random locations with each gameplay. You may find one in Room 504 or 506. Either way, look around for clues of moving objects.
Boo #13 – AnuBoo
Location: 10F Tomb Suites
This Boo can be found on the 10th floor. Here you will have to go to the Tomb Suites that lead you to the large tomb set in the desert. This boo will be inside the tomb and on the lower level where you get transported to. Look around in the room where there is the mummy statue. Check around the vases to locate this boo.
Boo #14 – Boofuddler
Location: 11F Twisted Suites
From the main elevator on the 11th floor, make your way left to the Twisted Suites. There are a lot of rooms here and you may have to look around in all the objects here. Since the location of Boo are random, you may find one hiding in the toilet or any bedroom.
Boo #15 – Booccaneer
Location: 12F Grotto Lounge
This boo can be found on the 12th floor where you need to go to the Grotto Lounge. It can be around in this area, or the area ahead where there is a pirate ship at the beach.
Boo #16 – Boodybuilder
Location: 13F Fitness Center
This boo can be found in the Fitness Center on the 13th floor. You might find this boo in the yoga area room where there are green mats on the floor. Check the baskets at the corner of this room to reveal this boo.

| 7F | This button is dropped by the boss called King MacFrights. This boss can be found on 6F |
| 8F | This button is dropped by Dr. Potter found on 7F |
| 9F | This button can be taken from Polterkitty who steals it from Luigi. The kitty can be found on 8F |
| 10F | This button can be found after you defeat the boss called Clem on in B2 |
| 11F | This button is dropped by the boss called Serpci who can be found on 10F |
| 12F | This button is dropped by the three bosses that fight together. They are called Nikki, Lindsey, and Ginny who can be found on 11F |
| B2 | This button can be found after you defeat Ug on 9F. It is only after you rescue Toad from the painting that you get the button. |
