Secret Items:

If you visit the pawnshop on the main menu you will notice a dressing room that says hats. Hop in and press interacts then select a different hat for your thief with the left and right arrows. You can find more of these hats on various levels but only in the 3rd difficulty. See if you can collect them all.

Secret Level:

Try the door to the left in the pawnshop for a bit of thriller.
