After you make it to the Forest Island and advance some way in your quest of finding the second Guardian, you’ll meet Caren and bring her to Vokka Island. She’ll open her Carpenter’s shop in the Industrial Zone.

You can buy here the same wood supplies that Len offers in his shop; that’s good because Len is hardly ever behind the counter.

Most importantly, you can pay for upgrades to the village shops and especially your house. But don’t get too excited too quickly. Or not until there are future content updates to the game that will introduce features to make it truly exciting.

For now, you can only go about upgrading Tier 2 of the buildings (Tier 3 asks for materials not yet implemented in the game). And of these, upgrading your house is the only one with real benefits. Finally, you might scream, moooore storage! Nope! The only change is that you can sell 16 items instead of 8. The first wave of disappointment over, you’ll come to appreciate even this: it does make a difference!

BUILDING – REQUIRED MATERIALS

Carpenter Shop – Tier 2 – 100 paltea log + 50 rubrum log + 50 stone + 30 copper ingot + 20,000g

House – Tier 2 – 50 paltea log + 50 rubrum log + 50 stone + 20 silver ingot + 25,000g

Cafeteria – Tier 2 – 50 seawirl log + 50 silka log + 50 stone + 20 silver ingot + 20,000g

Miner Hut – Tier 2 – 100 seawirl log + 50 stone + 15 iron ingot + 15 silver ingot + 20,000g

Blacksmith Shop – Tier 2 – 50 slossom log + 50 stapella log + 10 iron ingot + 15 silver ingot + 20,000g

Lumberjack Shop – Tier 2 – 50 slossom log + 50 stapella log + 20 iron ingot + 15 silver ingot + 20,000g

Item Shop – Tier 2 – 100 seawirl log + 50 silka log + 50 stone + 20 silver ingot + 20,000g

Witch Hut – Tier 2 – 100 paltea log + 50 stone + 25 iron ingot + 20,000g

Carpenter Shop – Tier 3 – 100 slossom log + 50 stapella log + 20 gold ingot + 20 mithril ingot + 55,000g

House – Tier 3 – 100 slossom log + 100 stapella log + 30 gold ingot + 20 mithril ingot + 50,000g

Cafeteria – Tier 3 – 50 seawirl log + 50 silka log + 50 gold ingot + 35 mithril ingot + 55,000g

Miner Hut – Tier 3 – 50 paltea log + 50 slossom log + 50 stapella log + 35 adamantine ingot + 55,000g
